How to Book Remote Asthi Visarjan Service

Preparing the Asthis

Collect the ashes (Asthi) of the deceased in a medium to small-sized Tamper-Proof Disposable Container / Pot.

  • Close the pot securely.
  • Add sufficient cushioning to prevent breakage during transport.
Registration Process

Go to the registration tab on the website and fill out the form. Keep the following details ready:

Personal Details
  • Your Full Name
  • Complete Address with Pin Code
  • Mobile Number (with active WhatsApp)
  • Email ID (for sharing video)
Deceased Details
  • Name of the Deceased
  • Date and Place of Death
  • Name / Pin Code of Cremation Ground
  • Gotra (If unknown, use “Kashyap”)
  • Upload clear photo of the deceased
  • Upload Government Issued Death Yellow Pavti (Mandatory)
*Ensure the Yellow Pavti image is clearly visible and readable to avoid processing delays.
Family Lineage (Names)
  • Parents: Father & Mother’s Name (For married female: Father-in-law & Mother-in-law)
  • Grandparents: Grandfather & Grandmother’s Name (For married female: Grand Father-in-law & Grand Mother-in-law)
  • Great Grandparents: Great Grandfather & Great Grandmother’s Name (For married female: include in-laws’ names)
*Provide names only if they are not alive.
Before Submitting
  • 1. Take a printout of the completed form before submission.
  • 2. Save a copy in PDF format.
  • 3. Submit the form and note the reference number generated.
Payment Process

Proceed to the payment page and select the plan that best suits your requirement.

Subsidized Plan

This plan is specially designed for lower and middle-income families who may need financial support. It includes essential ritual services at a reduced cost while maintaining religious authenticity and respect.

Standard Plan

This plan includes complete end-to-end services for those who can afford full arrangements. It covers all expenses including courier handling, packaging, pandit services, ghat charges, video recording, Ganga deep daan, and proper ritual execution without any compromise.

Important: Please choose your plan carefully before proceeding with payment.

Proceed to the payment page and complete the transaction.

Important: Take a screenshot or printout of the successful payment confirmation.
Final Packing

Include the following in a separate envelope inside the same shipment:

  • Printed registration form
  • Passport-size photo of the deceased
  • Copy of Government Death Yellow Pavti
  • Screenshot/printout of successful payment

Ensure all documents are placed safely in a waterproof envelope inside the package.

Courier Guidelines

Book the shipment using express courier service to ensure delivery before the 9th day from cremation.

Tip: You may also ask the cemetery ground attendant to assist you with the booking process.
